  • 2 Cups Spinach firmly packed
  • 1/2 Cup Basil firmly packed
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Cup Cashews (toasted if you are feeling fancy)
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne (omit if you don't like it spicy)
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Place all ingredients in a food processer and chop until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides of bowl to make sure everything gets blended nicely, also add more oil if needed.
  • Season to you your liking
  • Keep leftovers in the fridge and top with a little oil to keep it from discoloring.
