  • 2lbs ground turkey
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 6 cloves of garlic, smashed
  • 2 zucchinis, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 greed bell pepper, diced
  • 2 jalapenos, diced
  • 28oz can organic crushed tomatoes
  • 15oz can organic diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smokey paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  • Press the saute button on your instant pot
  • Once the pot is hot, melt your coconut oil and saute your onions + garlic until they are translucent and fragrant (5-7 minutes)
  • Toss in your turkey and saute until the turkey is no longer pink and it is cooked through
  • After the turkey is cooked press "cancel" on your instant pot
  • Throw in all the remaining ingredients and stir until all of the ingredients are friends
  • Close the lid and turn the sealing knob to "sealing"
  • Press "manual" and cook your chili for 20 minutes on high pressure
  • When it's done you can either quick release (twist knob to "venting") or slow release (unplug and wait 15 minutes)
  • EAT

If you are vegetarian sub 1-2 heads of cauliflower florets for the turkey. Just skip the turkey step and throw it in with the rest of the ingredients.
