Garden Turkey Burger Sliders

  • 1/2 lb. Organic Ground Turkey Meat
  • 1/2 Can Artichoke Hearts (3 artichokes) chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot shredded
  • 1 Shallot diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Herb of you choice chopped (I used cilantro)
  • 1//2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • Pinch of Cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil or healthy fat of your choice (if you use a vegetable oil, I will cut you)


  • Place all ingredients together in a bowl and mix! Roll those sleeves up and use your hands, it mixes much better that way
  • Make 4 equal size sliders
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, once hot add the sliders
  • Cook approx. 4 mins each side
  • Check to make sure they are done before serving, you don't want to kill anyone


Top your burger anyway you like it! I placed mine over my Creamy Avocado + Tomatillo Magic dippy sauce with a little purple sauerkraut on top. It was yum!

You could even make this into 2 normal size patties, and if you are not a fan of turkey meat choose another dead animal 🙂
