  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1.5 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Tea from 4 cut open chai tea bags (yes, dump the loose tea out to use as yummy flavor)
  • 2 Eggs whisked
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Almond butter (or cashew)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey


  • Set oven to 350F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a medium bowl mix coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, and chai tea
  • In a separate bowl mix eggs, lemon zest, vanilla, almond butter, and honey.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix until full combined
  • Roll your protein dough into about 20 small balls
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes


If you like to work out super early in the morning these are great for pre and post workout. Store in the fridge for a week

Delish but they can over cook easily, keep your eye on these little guys. If you think they are done... they are done!
